Florian Park in Marshall County

Florian Park of Marshall County is located just west of Florian, MN and about 20 NE of Warren, MN. The park is situated on the north shore of the Tamarac River and is part of the Tamarac River Flood Control and Recreation Area built in 1973. There are 99 RV camp sites (~$10 per night) and 20 sites for tent camping (maximum 45 tents) at ~$6 per site per night. Some ammenaties include a swimming beach, playground, horseshoe pits, volleyball, basketball, softball, croquet, sports equipment to check out, 3-hole golf area, boat ramp, paddle boat rentals, fishing (northern pike, crappies, bluegills, sunfish, and small- & largemouth bass), picnic tables & shelter, and a refreshment stand. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash. There is a large building (~50 people) for party gatherings (by reservation only). The park is open for day use ($4 per car) from 9 am to 10 pm daily, from May 1st until Labor Day (soon to be end of September). For more information call 218-478-3658.
