Pizza Luce was founded by Joe Baier and his story of how he started this iconic and favorite pizza place is inspiring. Joe used to work in pizza delivery until the pizza company that he delivered for closed for unexpected reasons in 1992. Having been in the industry for years Joe decided that it was now the perfect time for him to start his own pizza restaurant and follow his passion. Joe worked tirelessly on his passion and mission to serve the best pizza in Minnesota and he did this by offering the purest and freshest ingredients in Minnesota. He has since expanded 8 locations in the Minneapolis area and in 2011 pizza Luce was awarded the restaurant of the year by the Minnesota Restaurant Association.
Downtown Minneapolis Pizza Luce
This is the flagship location of pizza Luce. This is the first restaurant opened by Joe back in 1993. Since then this location has increased its services to now having a full bar, full-service dining and even offering brunch on the weekends. This location also accepts online ordering and even has free delivery. this flagship location hosts a newly renovated party room which is the ideal place to host your events. This room has the capacity to hold up to 100 people with private bar service and dining area. Pizza Luce can also customize your events for you so no matter what the event is for pizza Luce can accommodate it with some great pizza.
Duluth Pizza Luce
Located on 11 E superior St Duluth this location is on the corner of Superior St and Lake Ave. This location was opened in 2001 and has become a favorite food destination in the area. Just like its flagship location in downtown Minneapolis this location serves brunch on the weekends and even offers gluten-free items on the menu and free delivery. To make it even better this location offers music and events to keep you entertained while you munch on some delicious Minnesota style pizza.
Hopkins Pizza Luce
Situated in Hopkins between Blake Rd north and Hwy 7 this pizza Luce locations is right next to the Cedar Lake LRT bike trail. This storefront used to be a Don Pablo’s before it was completely rebuilt to be a state of the arc pizzeria. Seward/University Pizza Luce
Minutes away from the University of Minnesota and Augsburg College, this pizza Luce location has been around since 2003 and has very quickly become an iconic meeting place for college-goers, friends, and family.
